Dr. Patrick Tsai is a board certified eye surgeon specializing in cataract surgery and glaucoma. He is an Associate Professor in Ophthalmology and was previously the Program Director at the University of Arizona. He has over 10 years of experience in complex cataract and glaucoma surgery and is a fellowship-trainedophthalmologist. After graduating from Stanford University, Dr. Tsai achieved postgraduate degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and Indiana University before completing a residency at Cook College Hospital in Chicago, and a glaucomafellowship at Indiana University.
He has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades for his research, work, and teaching and has trained countless medical students and resident ophthalmologists. Dr. Tsai has authored multiple articles and book chapters and serves as a reviewer for various ophthalmology journals. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
