KANDI
OPHTHALMIC ADMINISTRATOR

Kandi handles day-to-day business operations, as well as appointment scheduling, coding and data entry, and referral processing.
 

LETICIA
 RECEPTIONIST

Leticia is responsible for patient check-in, answering telephone calls, preparing patient charts, and appointment scheduling.
 

NANCY AND VERONICA
OPHTHALMIC TECHNICIAN

Nancy and Veronica perform diagnostics work ups and pre-surgical testing. They perform glaucoma diagnostic tests and measurements for cataract surgery and assist in minor in-office surgical procedures.
 

VICTORIA
SURGERY COORDINATOR

Victoria schedules surgery and scribes for Dr. Kaye during clinic. She is also responsible for all office transcription.
